Sritala Hollinger is an owner of the White Lotus resort in Thailand, formerly along with her late husband Jim Hollinger.

Season 3[]
Sritala is the owner of the White Lotus Resort & Spa Thailand. She enjoys hosting lavish events and wielded subtle influence behind the scenes. She is married to Jim Hollinger. Under the guise of being a film producer, Rick asks to meet Sritala at her house with Frank, posing as a director, to see if she's interested in starring in their film. She seems flattered and intrigued, however it's really a plot to confront her husband who has a connection to Rick.
In the final episode, she revealed a key truth to Rick: Jim was actually his father, a revelation that recontextualized the entire conflict. During the shootout that included Jim’s death, Sritala guided events from the sidelines, ordering Gaitok to kill Rick. She later hires Gaitok as her personal chaffeur.
