Quentin was part of a group of people who Tanya McQuoid-Hunt suspected of being involved in a plot with her husband, Greg Hunt, to murder her. Quentin and two others were killed by Tanya before she herself died in an accidental drowning.

Season 2[]
Quentin is a wealthy English gay man who befriends Tanya McQuoid-Hunt during her stay at the resort. He introduces her to his friends and provides her with a positive experience during her time at the resort, allowing her to enjoy herself and momentarily forget her marriage troubles.
As Tanya's friendship with Quentin deepens, it becomes clear that he holds some influence and connections at the resort and in Sicily. He accompanies Tanya to a performance of Madame Butterfly at the Teatro Massimo.
However, Quentin's character takes a more complex turn when Tanya sees him having sex with his supposed nephew Jack. Quentin introduces Tanya to his cocaine dealer, Niccoló, and encourages them to enjoy each other's company.
Quentin's character is further layered when Tanya discovers a framed photo of him with another man, possibly Greg, when they were younger. This revelation hints at Quentin's past and raises questions about his connections and motivations.
At the end of the season, Quentin takes Tanya on a boat ride. Tanya suspects them of plotting to murder her, thinking Greg will get her money and will share it with them, so she grabs Niccoló's gun and shoots the men on board. Quentin dies.
