Portia is a former guest of the White Lotus resort in Sicily. She was the assistant of Tanya McQuoid-Hunt until Tanya's death.
Biography[]
Season 2[]
Portia is a character in the series who accompanies her boss, Tanya, to the White Lotus resort in Taormina, Sicily. Her presence becomes a point of contention between Tanya and her husband, Greg, reflecting the strain within their marriage. Tanya makes Portia hide in her room to appease Greg.
However, eventually she sneaks out. She forms a connection with Albie, a recent Stanford graduate. They meet during a visit to the ancient theater of Taormina and bond over dinner, with Albie awkwardly kissing her at the end of the night.
Portia eventually meets Jack and has a few fun nights with him, while his "uncle" Quentin entertains Tanya. At the end of the season, Jack drops Portia off at the airport and encourages her to leave immediately and not to go back to the hotel.
