Season 3[]
Pam is a staff member at the White Lotus Resort & Spa Thailand. She encouraged the Ratliff family to really embrace the experience and give up their phones which they initially refused. Eventually, they decided to after Timothy told the family they needed to which made Pam happy. At the end of the season, Pam tells Timothy not to eat the seeds in a certain fruit as they're poisonous.
