Mia is one of the main characters in Season 2 of HBO's The White Lotus. She is portrayed by Beatrice Grannò.

Mia is an Italian local who sneaks into the resort with her friend Lucia. She and Lucia manage to enter the resort and meet Dominic, who sets them up as his guests at the hotel so they can have free access to enter and leave when they please.
Mia tries to have sex with Giuseppe, a pianist at the hotel, in hopes of furthering her musical career. However, her plans backfire when Giuseppe experiences difficulties performing and takes pills, leading to an unexpected medical emergency.
Mia approaches Valentina, the resort manager, and offers her sexual favors in exchange for her letting Mia play piano at the hotel while Giuseppe is gone. Valentina agrees and eventually even lets her take Giuseppe's job.
