Season 2[]
Ethan and his wife, Harper, go on a trip to the White Lotus resort in Taormina, Sicily with his college friend, Cameron, and Cameron's wife, Daphne.
Ethan and Harper struggle to build sexual chemistry during the trip, leading to discussions about their mutual attraction and desires. After Harper and Daphne go to Noto for the night, Ethan and Cameron have a wild party night. Cameron sleeps with Lucia Greco and Mia tries to kiss Ethan, but he rejects her. Harper questions him the next day about what happens but Ethan covers for Cameron.
Ethan starts to have suspicions about Harper and Cameron. His observations of Harper's behavior on the beach add to his growing doubts and insecurities.
