Season 2[]
Daphne is a guest at the White Lotus resort in Taormina, Sicily. She is part of a married couple, joining her husband Cameron Sullivan along with another couple on a trip to Sicily.
Daphne is described as being in a brash and affectionate relationship with her husband, Cameron. Her constant displays of affection with Cameron are interpreted by Harper, another member of the group, as insincere. Daphne's approach to their relationship is distinct from the more reserved nature of the other couples in the story.
During the trip, Daphne's actions reveal a certain level of nonchalance toward Cameron's infidelity. Despite being aware of Cameron's unfaithfulness, she chooses not to see herself as a victim and maintains her own perspective on their relationship.
Daphne takes a proactive role in planning their trip, secretly renting a palazzo in Noto for a night. In a private conversation with Harper, she hints that Cameron's business partners might be involved in criminal activities.

At the end of the season, Daphne takes Ethan to a special part on the island and it's implied that they hook up.
Daphne sits at the beach at the end of the vacation and sees a body in the water. She rushes in to see who it is and finds Tanya McQuoid-Hunt floating dead in the water.
