Season 2[]
Cameron and his wife Daphne join a group of guests on a trip to the White Lotus resort in Taormina, Sicily. Early on, Harper is put off by Cameron and Daphne's constant displays of affection, perceiving their behavior as insincere. Cameron exposes himself to Harper while changing, which upsets her.
Cameron's constant infidelity becomes apparent. He makes a pass at Harper one day. This further fuels the tension within the group dynamics.
When Daphne and Harper go to Noto for the night, Cameron and Ethan spend a night drinking, taking MDMA, and partying with Lucia and Mia. Cameron has sex with Lucia.
Ethan confronts him about hitting on Harper, leading to a physical altercation where Ethan attacks Cameron.
